You can return unworn and unwashed items with tags attached within 15 days of delivery.
Reverse pickup: They will arrange pickup for your return if possible. In some cases, you may need to send it back yourself using a reliable courier.

Return Conditions:
The item must be in the original condition, with all tags still attached.
Returns will not be accepted for items with missing or removed tags.
Shipping and cash on delivery charges are non-refundable.
They do not charge any additional handling fees for returns.
How to Initiate a Return:
Visit the returns section on their website
Fill out the required information and follow the instructions.
Select the items you want to return.
You will receive a confirmation email once your return request is approved.
Please note:
Face masks cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns.
Refunds:
Once they receive your return and it passes their quality check, you will receive a full refund as store credit.
It takes 2-3 days for them to arrange a pickup and 7-10 days for the item to reach their warehouse for processing.

Cancellations:
You can only cancel your order before it is shipped.
If you want to cancel, email orders@avaliacouture.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
If your order has already been shipped, they will try to cancel it, but you will not be refunded for the shipping charges.
