At Avalia Couture, we value your satisfaction and want you to have a seamless shopping experience.

Please read our Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.

1. Return Policy

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted for unworn, unused items with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • You must initiate a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • Returns requested after 7 days, or for items that are worn, damaged, or altered, will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale, customized, and discounted products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • International orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or Cash on Delivery (COD).

2. How to Initiate a Return

You can initiate your return in any of the following ways:

  1. Online: Visit the “Returns” section on our website and fill out the return request form.
  2. Email: Contact us at info@avaliacouture.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting details.

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and send you a confirmation email with return instructions.

3. Return Shipping Process

  • Reverse Pickup (India): We will arrange a pickup from your address where logistics partners are available.
  • Self-Shipping: If pickup is unavailable, you may send the item using a reliable courier service to the address provided by our team.
  • Please ensure that the return package is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

Avalia Couture is not responsible for items lost or damaged during customer-initiated return shipments.

4. Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and packaging undamaged.
  • Returns will not be accepted if tags are removed, items show signs of wear, or original packaging is missing.
  • Shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) fees are non-refundable.
  • We do not charge any handling fee for approved returns.

5. Refunds

Refund Timeline

Once your return reaches our warehouse and passes the quality inspection:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received.
  • It may take an additional 2–5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank or card account, depending on your payment provider.

Refund Method

  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, bank account, or digital wallet).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers can choose their preferred refund mode while placing the return request:


    Provide bank account details or


    Provide a UPI ID for receiving the refund.


Refund Rejection

Refunds will not be processed if:

  • The return request is raised after 7 days of delivery.
  • The returned item fails the quality check (worn, damaged, or missing tags).

6. International Orders

Please note:

  • No return, exchange, or COD service is available for international orders at this time.
  • All international sales are final.
  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and local charges applicable in their country.

7. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  • To request a cancellation, email info@avaliacouture.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
  • Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If your order has already been shipped but you no longer wish to receive it:

  • You may refuse delivery when it arrives.
  • However, shipping and COD charges will not be refunded.

Order Cancellation by Avalia Couture

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

  • Product unavailability,
  • Payment authorization failure,
  • Shipping restrictions, or
  • Suspected fraudulent activity.

If your order is cancelled by us, any payment made will be fully refunded to your original payment method.
