How to Return:
- You can return unworn items with tags attached within 7 days of delivery.
- Reverse pickup: We will arrange pickup for your return. In some cases, you may need to send it back yourself using a reliable courier.
- You can also contact us at [email protected] to arrange a return pickup.
Non-Refundable:
- A refund shall not be processed in the following cases:
- If a return is requested more than seven days after the date of delivery.
- If the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging.
Return Conditions:
- The item must be in the original condition, with all tags still attached.
- Returns will not be accepted for items with missing or removed tags.
- Shipping and cash on delivery charges are non-refundable. We do not charge any additional handling fees for returns.
No returns for International Orders:
- No return, no exchange or COD for international orders.
How will I receive the refund?
- In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the source account (bank account/ credit/debit card) where the payment was made from.
- For Cash on Delivery orders customers can choose their preferred mode of payment while placing their return request. A customer can choose to provide bank details or a UPI ID where they would like to receive the refund.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Visit the returns section on our website Fill out the required information and follow the instructions. Select the items you want to return. You will receive a confirmation email once your return request is approved.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your return and it passes our quality check.
- It takes 2-3 days for us to arrange a pickup and 7-10 days for the item to reach our warehouse for processing.
- Shipping and cash on delivery charges are non-refundable.
Cancellations:
- You can only cancel your order before it is shipped.
- If you want to cancel, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for cancellation.
- If your order has already been shipped, they will try to cancel it, but you will not be refunded for the shipping charges.
