The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and any or all Agreements: Client, Customer, You and Your refers to you, the person accessing our website and accepting the firm's terms and conditions. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that those communications be in writing.
This condition does not affect your statutory rights. You understand that once you register yourself or after placing any order on our website, we shall be entitled to use your registered mobile number to send transaction related SMS or RCS to you, irrespective of DND services being activated on your mobile. We may occasionally send promotional SMS or RCS to your registered mobile number. As a Customer you hereby authorize us to receive transactional SMS or RCS to your registered number, even if the number is registered for DND "Do not Disturb" service.
General Conditions
You may not use our products to conduct any illegal or unauthorized activity that violate laws in your jurisdiction.
You may not reproduce, copy, or resell our product, marketing, copywriting, images, video and packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse orders you place with us. This could be due to limited inventory, lack of logistics support in your location or payment issues raised from our payment gateway providers.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases

Pricing
We reserve the right to update our product prices and discontinue them based on our own discretion. When we update a product's price, our Store will clearly reflect the current price of the product. Discontinued products may no longer appear on the website.
Delivery and Shipping
We offer Nation Wide shipping
We usually dispatch products that are in stock within one business day from the time your order is placed. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you of the estimated shipping time on the website before you place your order.
There is a nominal charge for Cash on Delivery COD in India if your PIN code /ZIP code is supported. If you reject a confirmed COD order, we will be unable to serve you in the future.
If our logistics partner supports it, we will send you an email with a link where you can track your order. Due to external factors, shipping time is not guaranteed. Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable.
Warranty and Returns
We offer product exchanges and returns within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed. When you request an exchange or pickup, we try to offer a pick-up service, but it is not guaranteed. In such cases, the customer will have to ship the return themselves. Products marked as Final sale cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.
A return order is ineligible for exchange or refund if it is done beyond the 7 calendar day period, or if it is used or returned without original packaging. If we receive an in-bound shipment for an ineligible return, goods will be recycled or discarded without notice. No exchanges or refunds will be applicable and an additional service fee may be charged. If you send an unauthorized in-bound shipment, we will be unable to serve you in the future.
All refunds are made to the original mode of payment, except for Cash on Delivery orders. COD orders are refunded to the customers bank account.
If you discover a manufacturing defect with a product you bought from our Store, please send us an email at [email protected] from the email you placed the order with. We cannot sustain and/or accept standard and defective product requests beyond 7 calendar days.
